Avery practices a Healing-Centered Coaching model, derived from training with Blooming Willow and certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This approach goes deeper than traditional coaching by helping clients navigate the fears and barriers that can make it hard to fully align with their values.
Who Benefits
Coaching can be especially valuable for people carrying a high mental load – those balancing many responsibilities, navigating complex roles or working toward social change. Drawing from their own experience as a Black, queer, trans disabled neurodivergent and chronically ill person, Avery looks to support fellow changemakers in navigating through obstacles toward values-aligned goals, especially those who live at the intersections of marginalized identities. Clients often find it helps them step back, organize priorities and move more intentionally in their careers, lives and communities.
